1on1creditcoach.com provides educational credit coaching. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
- What we collect:
- the name, email address, phone number, and message you submit through our forms. For the preparation list for people under 18, we collect a parent or guardian’s name, email, and optional phone, and the participant’s birth month and day only (no birth year). Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card number.
- How we use it:
- only to respond to your request, schedule and deliver coaching, process payment, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your information. This is not a newsletter sign-up.
- What not to send us:
- please do not send Social Security numbers, credit reports, account numbers, or passwords through this website.
- Service providers:
- we use Stripe for payments and our website host to store form submissions. These providers process data only to provide their services.
- Cookies:
- we use essential cookies to run the site. Optional cookies are used only if you choose to allow them.
- Retention:
- we keep inquiry information for up to 24 months, then delete it. Client records are kept as long as needed to deliver the service and meet legal and tax requirements.
- Children:
- our coaching is for adults 18 and older. Minors may only participate through a parent or legal guardian.
- Your choices:
- you may ask to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing admin@1on1creditcoach.com.
