  • You can dispute inaccurate information on your credit reports yourself for free under federal law.
  • By continuing, you acknowledge that you understand this is education and coaching only, with no guaranteed results.

What This Service Is (and Is Not)

1on1creditcoach.com provides educational credit coaching through three personal sessions (video or phone). We explain concepts, review your situation at a high level, and give you information and accountability so you can take your own actions.

What we do not do

  • We do not perform credit repair.
  • We do not submit disputes to credit bureaus or creditors on your behalf.
  • We do not contact lenders or creditors for you.
  • We do not promise or guarantee any increase in your credit score or the removal of any items.
  • We do not assist with or advise you to make untrue or misleading statements.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing your own credit reports, deciding what steps to take, and completing those steps yourself. Results vary based on your individual circumstances, the accuracy of information on your reports, and your follow-through.

Legal note

Federal and California law regulate services that are represented to improve a consumer’s credit record, history, or rating. This offering is structured and marketed strictly as education and coaching. You have the right under the Fair Credit Reporting Act to dispute inaccurate information yourself at no cost.

By signing up and paying, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Education and coaching only

    This is educational coaching. It is not credit repair. 1on1creditcoach.com does not dispute items, contact credit bureaus or creditors, or perform any services on your behalf.

  2. No guarantees

    No specific credit score improvement, removal of negative information, or other result is promised or guaranteed. Any outcome depends on your situation and the actions you take.

  3. You perform the work

    You are solely responsible for obtaining your credit reports, evaluating information, and taking any steps discussed during coaching.

  4. Upfront payment

    The full fee is due at signup for the educational coaching sessions described in this agreement. Payment is collected securely through Stripe Checkout (test mode in preview — no real charges).

  5. Your free rights

    You understand that under federal law you can obtain free credit reports and dispute inaccurate information yourself at no charge.

  6. No untrue statements

    You will not be advised or assisted in making any untrue or misleading statements to credit bureaus, creditors, or others.
